ASGS was engaged by AA Investments to complete the full asbestos removal and mechanical demolition of the Davoren Park High School site. The works involved the complete demolition of all school buildings, the removal of trees and hard stands, and the dismantling of underground tunnels.

This large-scale project required meticulous coordination to ensure the safe removal of hazardous materials and the efficient demolition of multiple complex structures. Throughout the process, ASGS maintained strict compliance with all environmental and safety regulations, ensuring the project was executed responsibly.

Despite the scope and intricacy of the works, the project was successfully delivered in under nine weeks, on time and within budget. This achievement highlights ASGS’s proven capability in managing significant asbestos removal and demolition projects, while consistently meeting the highest industry standards.
