ASGS was awarded this prestigious project by the South Australian Jockey Club and Adelaide City Council, a testament to our reputation for professionalism and high-quality outcomes. The works focused on transforming Victoria Park Racecourse into a safe, cleared, and remediated site, paving the way for future developments.
The project scope included the safe demolition of outdated structures, carried out with minimal disruption to the surrounding area. Our team also undertook comprehensive asbestos abatement, ensuring hazardous materials were carefully removed and disposed of in strict compliance with all safety regulations.
Following demolition, ASGS completed full site remediation, clearing hazardous elements and restoring the area for safe future use. Additional civil works, including the removal of foundations, regrading, and drainage improvements, were conducted to ensure long-term stability. To finalise, landscaping works were undertaken to restore and enhance the site’s presentation.
This project showcased ASGS’s ability to deliver complex, high-value works on time and to the highest standards, reinforcing our position as a trusted partner for landmark projects in South Australia.
